Meet the Team

Todd McCartney

Mr. McCartney was raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. He attended Glenbard West High School and graduated from Wheaton College. He obtained his JD from Valparaiso University School of Law.

He received his license to practice law in Illinois in 1988. While in law school , he was a law clerk for the law firm Sachs & Hess in Indiana. In addition, he was a law clerk for the law firm Pretzel & Stouffer in Chicago. Mr. McCartney was offered an attorney position with the firm after graduating from law school . Following his position with Pretzel & Stouffer he entered the securities industry where he had a long and successful career.

Mr. McCartney joined the law firm of Ramsell & Associates in Wheaton, Illinois. He focused in the areas of DUI and general criminal defense. Following his time with Ramsell & Associates, he was co-founder of the law firm, Hamilton McCartney Law Group LLC in Chicago. Recently he founded McCartney Law Group LLC in Chicago. The firm focuses in the areas of DUI and general Criminal defense. The firm also handles all different kinds of personal injury cases.

Having obtained his law license in 1988 , Mr. McCartney is an attorney for

approximately 35 years. He has a strong record of reducing felony charges to misdemeanor charges for his clients. In addition, he has solid results for clients in bench and jury trials. Current representative clients include charges of domestic violence, DUI, aggravated DUI, drug and gun charges, murder and attempted murder. He is noted for his consistent client communication, keeping clients and families informed about the progress of their case.

Mr. McCartney is licensed by the Illinois Supreme Court and the US Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Inna Goloshubova

Ms. Goloshubova has her Masters degree in Engineering, and is a successful business owner, having founded her own home health care company. In addition, she is the office manager for the McCartney Law Group LLC. Her duties include organization of billing, case management and client communications and services. She also assists Mr McCartney in the management of the firm's law clerks. She is also fluent in Russian.

Noah Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman is from Columbus, Ohio, where he earned his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. Following his undergraduate studies, Noah worked in the real estate sector. He worked with a low-income housing developer in Columbus Ohio, contributing to community development efforts. Additionally, Noah ventured into short-term rentals, collaborating with a start-up based out of Dallas Texas. His father is a criminal defense attorney in Ohio. Currently, Noah is pursuing his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at UIC Law School in Chicago.

Keegan Cassidy

Ms. Cassidy is from the south side of Chicago, and is currently enrolled at Loyola University Chicago to earn a Bachelor’s degree in political science. Keegan works as a clerk for McCartney Law Group LLC. She is graduating with her undergraduate degree a semester early this upcoming fall, and hopes to gain a larger experience in law. Keegan plans to enroll in law school following her undergraduate degree.
